For days that I may want to look or feel like a princess, I look at Marchesa & just dream. As reported by Leandra of Man Repeller, this season's design is heavily inspired by the colors & cultures of India. Each & every single beads & sequins are hand-stitched including the ones on the shoes which was custom ordered from Louboutin, of course only the best at Marchesa. I feel like some of the design is a repeat of previous or old designs but I guess since it's inspired by sarees, I am already used to seeing that around in Malaysia. Well, might not look as pretty as Marchesa (wait, I might be wrong), but then again they also modernized it and make it more current and contemporary. I like the songket-esque fabric, the fringes & tulles with gold hems are TDF! Which one is your favorite? Otherwise you can view the whole collection here.
New York Fashion Week passed by so quickly and I haven't even watch half of the shows! More updates soon, looking forward to London Fashion Week ♥

loved it! I already checked it out on style.com, honestly thought it was one of the best, especially the amazing oriental/occidental mix, it's always stunning when designers do it!
