WIWT: Dots & Tigers

I went to do some errands on Monday, meeting officials, going to the bank etc etc. So I thought I should wear something formal, it's been awhile coz even in my workplace we don't have to wear formal office wear. Hence this, nothing fancy nothing superb. Just a simple formal wear;
